MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO RUN SIMPRO:
- Vista & Internet Explorer 7 not supported until February 2008
- Broadband connection to the internet.
- 512 MB RAM
- 2 GHz CPU
- Windows™ XP
- MS Internet Explorer 6.0
- NVIDA GeForce FX 5900 - or - ATI Radeon 9000 Graphics Card or Better
- Latest DirectX graphics drivers for video card.
- Latest Arcviz 3D viewer by clicking here
- In case of version conflicts, please uninstall and reinstall, with all applications closed, using the above link only
Must be logged on as "Administrator" to install the viewer. Once the viewer has been installed on the PC, any user may view the demo.
FOR A SUCCESSFUL DEMO:
- Close ALL programs
- Open Internet Explorer
- Verify that the Pop-Up Blocker is "OFF" - Tools/Pop-up Blocker/Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
- Access http://www.simpro.net
- Make sure there are no network or local firewalls blocking traffic.
- If you still have problems accessing the Simulation, disable all non essential auto-start programs and restart the computer.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Most errors are due to firewalls or faulty internet conections.
- "start.wav not found" errors: restart computer with all startup tasks disabled in start>>run>>msconfig.
- All windows should be closed while installing or uninstalling the 3D viewer.
- If simulation does not run:
reboot
